Olla Perfecta

Finally, a pot that moves from stovetop to oven without any hassle—I used it to braise a whole chicken and it browned beautifully. The nonstick surface held up perfectly, and cleanup took maybe a minute.

I love being able to start a stew on the stove and then pop the whole pot into the oven—the handles stay cool enough to grip safely. The Spice color is even richer in person.

The nonstick surface is genuinely excellent—eggs slide right off with no oil. I also love that this pot goes straight from the stovetop into the oven, saving me a dish.
