شواية ساخنة من الحديد الزهر

The lavender color looks even better in my kitchen than on the screen, and the pan heats up evenly with no hot spots. I got a perfect crust on my steak without the enamel chipping, which was my biggest worry with cast iron.

The enameled surface is so smooth that even sticky marinades lift right off with just a paper towel, and the color options are gorgeous enough to leave out on the counter. I've used it three times this week for quick weeknight sears, and cleanup has honestly become my favorite part.

Sear marks came out picture-perfect on the first try—the enameled surface is surprisingly easy to clean even after a high-heat sear. The Lavender shade looks even better in person than on screen.
