The deep fry basket is generously sized, so I could make a big batch of pakoras without crowding. Golden and crispy, just like we wanted for Diwali.
Getting the oil to exactly the right temperature for crispy pakoras without burning them is so much easier with this set. The tray drains the excess oil perfectly, and my whole family fought over the last jalebi.
