I can finally roast a whole chicken without it sitting in its own juices—the rack lifts it perfectly so the skin gets crispy all over. The Sage color blends right in with my other cookware and the pot itself holds heat evenly.

The Lavender color is even prettier in person, and the roasting rack fits snugly inside the pot with no wobbling—makes basting so much easier.

I was a bit worried the roasting rack would wobble, but it sits perfectly snug inside the pot. The Sage color looks great on my stovetop and the whole set feels really solid. Made a whole chicken in it last night and the drippings were easy to collect for gravy.
