I've made rice, stews, and even yogurt in this thing and everything comes out consistent. The keep-warm setting is what sold me, since dinner stays ready whenever the family trickles in.

The char color looks great sitting out on my counter, and it's become the one pot I reach for most weeknights. Made a batch of rice and then steamed veggies in it the same evening without dirtying another pan.

I’ve had it for two weeks and the Blue Salt finish still looks brand new even after daily use. Between soups, rice, and a slow-cooked stew, it’s handled every recipe without a hiccup. The four color options made it easy to match my kitchen, too.
