I love how the Steam color looks so soft and muted in my kitchen, and the mitts actually grip well even when I'm pulling out a hot cast iron skillet.

The Blue Salt color is really striking, much more vibrant than I expected from the name. They grip hot pans securely and the extra length gives me more confidence around the oven rack.

The blue salt color is so much prettier in person than on screen, and the heat protection is excellent—I can grab a hot cast iron skillet without any discomfort. My kitchen feels a bit more stylish now.
