Our stock pot with titanium nonstick technology
The titanium coating is noticeably tougher than my old nonstick pots—I've already used metal utensils by accident a few times with no scratches. It heats up evenly across the bottom, so my soups no longer scorch in one spot. Cleanup is ridiculously quick, which is exactly what I needed for busy weeknights.
Finally, a stock pot that doesn't turn every tomato sauce into a burnt mess. The titanium coating is so slick that even sticky rice lifts right out with just a rinse. It’s noticeably lighter than my old one too, which makes a huge difference when draining pasta.
I was a bit cautious about nonstick stock pots, but this one handles tomato sauce without any sticking or discoloration. The titanium coating seems genuinely durable so far. Only wish it came with a tighter-fitting lid for slow simmering.
The handles stay surprisingly cool even when the pot's been simmering for an hour, which is a nice safety touch. I do wish the lid fit a tad more snugly, but it's still a solid upgrade from my old set.
The large handles feel secure even when the pot is full, which is a nice improvement. I wish the lid fit just a bit more snugly, but the nonstick surface is performing well so far.
I've been using this pot for a few weeks now, and the titanium nonstick surface does make cleaning easier than my old one. It heats evenly for soups, but I notice food sticks a bit more on the sides when I'm not using enough oil. Decent for the price, though not a game-changer.
