Præcis skællekniv

The grooved handle really does keep my fingers from slipping even when my hands are wet, and the blade is sharp enough to slice cherry tomatoes paper-thin without crushing them. I’ve been using it for trimming green beans and it’s made prep noticeably faster.

Using it for hulling strawberries felt effortless – the ultra sharp blade glides right through without crushing the fruit. That premium German steel really holds its edge after multiple uses.

The grooved handle gives me a secure grip even when my hands are wet, and the full-tang design makes it feel balanced. Has quickly become my go-to for dicing garlic and shallots.
